Radio Mirchi rolls out new mobile app Mirchi Plus

Radio Mirchi launches its mobile app – Mirchi Plus. The Mirchi Plus app offers a vast library of podcasts, stories, original music, entertainment, news and much more. Mirchi Plus app will be accessible on androids, Apple, as well as on Apple Car-play systems, android auto.

Ltd) said, “Mirchi has always been the audience’s go-to choice for all things music; with the launch of ‘Mirchi Plus’ we now enter the exciting & evolving space of story-telling and original content. This transforms Mirchi into its full digital avatar, allowing us to pick, analyze and act on consumer signals in real time”.

Mirchi Plus offers audio stories in various genres like comedy, horror, romance, thriller, etc. The content is available in languages like Hindi, Tamil , English, Telugu, Bangla, Malayalam, Gujarati, etc. Listeners can select genres according to their interests.

It will also launch new audio shows monthly and will allow listeners with a wide-ranging selection of contents. The app will offer new and unique audio stories which includes romance based audio story ‘Aakhri Rishta’, narrated by Nina Gupta, Ashutosh Rana for supernatural thriller ‘Varuthi’, true crimes stories based on real events narrated by Nawazuddin Siddiqui, titled as ‘1000 crore ki Laash’.

That’s not all! Mirchi’s finest shows like Mirchi Murga, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s show ‘What Women Want’, interviewing top Bollywood stars, ‘The Devdutt Patnaik’ mythology show, ‘Bhatt Naturally’ a talk show hosted by father-daughter duo, Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt on Bollywood controversies and a show on the famous ‘Manto’ voiced by top celebrities such as Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Nandita Das and RJ Sayema will also be available on the app.
