The upcoming high-octane action drama Baap is gearing up for a massive marketing push, bringing together four of Bollywood’s most iconic action veterans, Sunny Deol, Mithun Chakraborty, Sanjay Dutt, and Jackie Shroff, for a special promotional music video.
The industry stalwarts, often celebrated as the definitive powerhouses of 80s and 90s macho cinema, recently filmed a lively dance number designed to lean into their legacy appeal and evoke nostalgia among fans. While the film wrapped up its principal photography in April 2025, the creative team intentionally reserved this peppy promotional track to anchor the movie’s theatrical release campaign.
According to production sources, a specialized set depicting a rustic mill was meticulously constructed at Madh Island, Mumbai, where the actors shot the high-energy track in June. Directed by Vivek Chauhan and produced by Ahmed Khan in collaboration with Zee Studios, the track aims to blend the quartet’s signature rugged action personas with light-hearted camaraderie and dance.
A separate track celebrating their real-life friendship had previously been filmed on location in the jungles of Mizoram and at Film City, Mumbai.
With the film currently in its final stages of post-production and dubbing officially underway, the upcoming music video is expected to drop alongside a formal release date announcement shortly. Fans can anticipate a unique visual package that blends the golden era of Bollywood action with modern cinematic production values.
